• In case of manufacturing defects, clear photographic evidence must be provided to our support team for verification.
• Products with manufacturing defects, if approved, refund will be credited through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.
