• All uploaded files must be high-resolution and in supported formats (JPG, PNG, SVG preferred).
• Orders will be processed only after full payment confirmation.
• BHOCONNECT reserves the right to reject any design or content that is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or violates copyright.
• Production time begins once all artwork, details, and payments are received and confirmed.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the volume of orders and shipping constraints.
• Returns or refunds are not applicable on customized products unless there's a production defect.
• Customers must ensure that all information (names, logos, contact info, etc.) provided for customization is accurate.
• BHOCONNECT is not liable for any misuse of products post-delivery.
